評(ping)價防電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)產品(pin)的電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)防護(hu)性能(neng)(neng)是(shi)通過在(zai)織(zhi)物(wu)受(shou)到電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)沖擊前后使用(yong)熱流計(ji)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)入射電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)和透過織(zhi)物(wu)的電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)能(neng)(neng)量(liang),進而分析其(qi)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)防護(hu)性能(neng)(neng)。電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)防護(hu)材料可有效降低電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)事故對人體產生(sheng)的傷(shang)害(hai),近年來(lai)在(zai)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)逐(zhu)漸得到了應用(yong),但與歐美發達國(guo)(guo)(guo)家相(xiang)比,我國(guo)(guo)(guo)在(zai)標準建設與性能(neng)(neng)評(ping)價方面仍存在(zai)很大(da)差距。
國(guo)內防(fang)電弧產品標(biao)準與測試
我國(guo)防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)產(chan)品標準(zhun)研究起步(bu)較晚,僅涉及防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)織(zhi)(zhi)物,尚未(wei)能(neng)建立起電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)危害評(ping)估(gu)方(fang)法(fa)、防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)產(chan)品技術要(yao)(yao)(yao)求及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)護用品選配方(fang)法(fa)等完整體系。防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)織(zhi)(zhi)物的(de)生產(chan)、采購(gou)和檢驗主要(yao)(yao)(yao)依(yi)據我國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)行業標準(zhun)DL/T 320 — 2019《個(ge)人(ren)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)護用品通用技術要(yao)(yao)(yao)求》,2024年開始實施的(de)GB 8965.4 — 2022《防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)護服裝(zhuang) 防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)服》由國(guo)家市(shi)場監督管理(li)總(zong)局(ju)、國(guo)家標準(zhun)化(hua)管理(li)委員會聯合發布,其與DL/T 320內(nei)容(rong)相似,僅在(zai)防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)性(xing)能(neng)指標、陰燃時(shi)間、熱穩定性(xing)和撕裂強度測(ce)試條(tiao)件、針織(zhi)(zhi)面里料的(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求等方(fang)面存(cun)在(zai)差異(yi)。我國(guo)防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)性(xing)能(neng)測(ce)試長期依(yi)賴國(guo)外,送(song)檢時(shi)間長,費用高,嚴重影(ying)響我國(guo)防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)產(chan)品的(de)開發。
2022年(nian)山東省(sheng)產品質量檢(jian)驗(yan)研究院參照ASTM F1959《測定服裝材料電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)熱值的(de)標準(zhun)試驗(yan)方法》完(wan)成(cheng)了防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)面料性能測試系統,這(zhe)是(shi)繼(ji)加拿大、西班牙(ya)以(yi)來全球第 3 個防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)織(zhi)物性能檢(jian)測的(de)直接評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)系統,其建成(cheng)極大推(tui)進了我國防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)產品標準(zhun)的(de)建立和(he)測試評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)。此(ci)外,研究學(xue)者利用織(zhi)物的(de)力學(xue)性能和(he)熱學(xue)性能建模來預測電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)護性能,建立了防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)織(zhi)物防(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)護性能間接評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)體(ti)系。

加拿大Kinectrics公(gong)司(si)是目前全球防(fang)電弧(hu)產品(pin)性能測(ce)(ce)試歷史最長、測(ce)(ce)試項(xiang)目最多、最權威的(de)機構之一,能提供(gong)電弧(hu)發(fa)生、危害評價、防(fang)護性能等(deng)(deng)測(ce)(ce)試與研究(jiu)的(de)一站式服務,可開(kai)展(zhan)電弧(hu)評價,防(fang)電弧(hu)雨衣、手套等(deng)(deng)配套產品(pin)防(fang)護性能測(ce)(ce)試,紡織(zhi)品(pin)與服裝開(kai)放電弧(hu)測(ce)(ce)試和箱式電弧(hu)測(ce)(ce)試等(deng)(deng)。
